End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Buzet Web Digital OPC Pvt Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of digital products and services provided by buzet.studio ("Website"). By purchasing, downloading, or using our services, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. License Grant

1.1 Scope of License:

  • We grant you  unlimited, exclusive, transferable license to use the digital products and services delivered to you for personal or business purposes, as specified in the scope of your purchase.
  • This license does not transfer ownership of the components used in the deliverables to you other than your own components.

1.2 Restrictions:

  • You may sublicense, resell, redistribute, or otherwise transfer the digital products or services to third parties without prior written permission from us.
  • You may reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the digital products provided.

2. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the digital products and services, including but not limited to designs, illustrations, logos, videos, animations, and other creative works, remain the sole property of Buzet Web Digital OPC Pvt Ltd, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing except the components owned by you and provided to us to embed in the design works.

3. Use of Services

3.1 Permitted Use:

  • The digital products and services are intended solely for the purposes outlined during the order process.

3.2 Prohibited Activities:

  • You may not use our services to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
  • You may not misrepresent our products as your original work or use them in a manner that violates this agreement.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and services:

  • All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
  • You are encouraged to review all requirements and specifications before placing an order.

For exceptions such as duplicate payments or errors on our part, please contact us at sell@buzet.in. Refunds, if any, will be reviewed and processed at our sole discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Disclaimer:

  • We provide digital products and services "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

5.2 Limitation:

  • Our total liability for claims arising under this EULA is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our digital products or services.

6. Termination

6.1 Termination by Us:

  • We may terminate this EULA and your license to use our services if you violate any of the terms outlined herein.

6.2 Termination by You:

  • You may terminate this EULA by ceasing all use of our products and services.

6.3 Effect of Termination:

  • Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this EULA will immediately cease.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

8. Updates to EULA

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Updates will be communicated through our Website, and the "Effective Date" will reflect the last revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.
